MotionStream provides a web-based interface for streaming YouTube video content optimized for use in Tesla vehicles. The Service is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or YouTube/Google LLC.
MotionStream is offered as a monthly subscription at $9.99/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time at motionstream.app/cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.
Your subscription is tied to your email address and is for your personal use only. You may not share, transfer, or resell access to your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials.
MotionStream includes a driver mode and a passenger mode. Driver mode is intended solely for use when the vehicle is legally parked or stopped. You must comply with all applicable traffic laws in your jurisdiction. Never operate this application in a manner that distracts from the safe operation of a vehicle. The user assumes full responsibility for any use of the Service while operating a motor vehicle.
All video content displayed through MotionStream is sourced from YouTube and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. MotionStream does not host, store, or own any video content. We do not guarantee availability of any specific content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for content quality, availability, or third-party platform changes that affect the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotionStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from distracted driving or vehicle accidents.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time at motionstream.app/cancel.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
